Yes. In essence, the Marketing Fund is for marketing campaigns and resources that benefit all franchisees (such as Facebook ads, Google AdWords, kids directory listings, advertising templates and web upgrades). Franchisees must also conduct their own local marketing. Local marketing is more of an investment in time (ie doing free demonstration classes and promoting the demos) rather than a financial investment, although buying signage (with artwork provided by the Marketing Fund) and running local paid advertising is a recommended option.
